Book: Software Test Attacks to Break Mobile and Embedded Devices

My work over 30 years of testing has driven me to write a book about testing mobile and embedded software to allow me to transfer my brain trust to others. CRC Press (Taylor-Francis Group) has agreed to print my book in August 2013 and also to have ebooks available. Book title and order link is: Software Test Attacks to Break Mobile and Embedded Devices.

Further,I have presented materials at many conferences, workshops and seminars and contributed to books by my colleagues–the most recent of which is a collaboration of work from testers around the world, “Experiences of Test Automation” and put together by my colleague, Dorothy Graham.  I have also written on exploratory testing in “Agile Software Testing” by Crispin and Gregory.   These are good books to add to your library

I will be presenting at conferences and workshops around the world in 2013. Check here often to see an updated schedule or to join in the conversation.

I also have some videos to help train people in software testing but must put those up on a different web site due to size limitations in WordPress. If you are particularly interested in the training videos, contact me directly.

Upcoming conferences:

Conference for Association of Software Testing  – TBD link

STARwest 2013 – TBD link

  1. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but
I find this matter to be really something that I think I would never understand.
It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me.
I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang
    of it!
